We had some water damage found from our refrigerator and we asked a couple of companies to give us a quote since we were dealing with insurance. From the second Shay walked in the door, she treated us with respect and answered as many questions as she could. She was the biggest reason we had them come back for a follow up.
Then when Matt (owner) showed up, he put our minds to ease right away and assured us he would help with the insurance company because he’s been dealing with them for so long. We have only gotten through the demo and restoration piece of the process and we would recommend Pure Clean Tech to ANYONE who is need of fire/water damage repair. Matt has gone above and beyond. He’s been very proactive with dealing with the insurance company and just wants to help us get us back together as quickly as possible, without making any short cuts in the process. I can’t say enough about how much much he has relieved our stress level and has gone out of his way to answer ANY questions we have had along the way, big or small.
If you live in the Gallatin Valley and you have any sort of clean up and restoration project, you aren’t going to get it done by any other company more caring and knowledgeable. Thanks to the entire team, but especially to Shay and Matt.
